Wow, saying that in fron of the CMC makes them like: "the cheapest option". That was somehow mean from Celestia, should have done that coversation on other place.
By the way, for being untrained, the CMC actually did a great job.
It's not easy to shape glass, even if they couldn't do that perfectly.
Labba, great job.
P.S.: poor CMC, don't you think?

Well, without a cutie mark (the effective diploma in their magic tattoo-based caste system), that would mark them out as being inexperienced amateurs, presumably less skilled than even a fresh apprentice.
Also, she's probably just bitter that their test design showcased her getting KO'd. Clearly she couldn't afford a proper commission :p
